伴随着新一代信息技术的不断涌现,“平台化”已成为现代供应链的典型形态。供应链已发展到与平台经济深度融合的“平台供应链”新阶段,呈现“端到端”、“数智化”、“复杂性”等新特征。平台供应链的建设与创新将成为我国在国际上获取企业竞争力的重要突破口。本项目面向国家重大战略需求,系统深入地研究我国平台供应链的重大管理理论和方法问题。通过围绕平台供应链产通销环节中的反向定制、智能仓配和精准营销等场景,本项目具体从五个课题展开:(1)平台供应链的生态化设计与评价;(2)平台供应链的统计学习方法研究;(3)平台供应链中的商务智能理论与方法研究;(4)面向价值创造的平台供应链整合研究;(5)基于智能仿真的平台供应链风险管理研究。同时,相关研究成果依托典型企业(如:京东和海尔)进行企业应用示范,最终形成可以应用推广到其他企业的平台供应链的管理理论与方法,为提升我国现代供应链核心竞争力做出贡献。
英文摘要:
With the development of new information technologies, “Platformization” has become the typical pattern of modern supply chain. The supply chain has developed to a new stage of platform supply chain which is deeply integrated with the platform economy, showing new characteristics such as end-to-end, high complexity, data intelligence and so on. The construction and innovation of platform supply chains has been an important breakthrough for China to strive for the enterprises-competitiveness in the world. The attempt of this project is to systematically study the important management theories and methods for platform supply chains for the major strategic needs of our country. This project focuses on the research context of the production, circulation and consumption in platform supply chain management, for example, reverse customization, intelligent storage and distribution, precision marketing and so on. Concretely speaking, the project will focus on the following five topics: (1) Ecological design and evaluation for platform supply chains; (2) Statistical learning methodologies for platform supply chains; (3) Business intelligence theories and methods for platform supply chains; (4) Platform supply chain integration considering value creation; (5) Risk management for platform supply chains using intelligent simulation. Additionally, this project will demonstrate the trial application system for the representative enterprises such as JD and Haier. Our theoretical and methodological results will apply to other representative enterprises of platform supply chain, which will contribute to enhance the core competitiveness of our country's modern supply chain.
